The plant includes a production site, a packaging area, warehouses for production components and finished products, administrative buildings, sewage and storm water treatment facilities, a fire tank and fire extinguishing pumping stations.

The project was implemented in full accordance with AVON company standards.

A modern plant built on a plot of 130 thousand square meters. m, has a production capacity of 100 million units per year and is the largest Oriflame enterprise in the world.

The project includes high-tech production facilities, service centres, warehouses, offices, auxiliary buildings and infrastructure.

The plant was built in full compliance with strict environmental standards and Oriflame requirements.

The production capacity of the new complex is 300 thousand tons of PVC per year. The main objective of the project was to achieve minimal production costs while complying with the most stringent environmental requirements through the use of modern European technologies.

 The construction of the PSMA plant (a joint venture between the automobile concerns PSA Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation), whose production capacity is 125 thousand cars per year, was carried out in two stages.  The scope of work also included electrical and engineering systems, infrastructure facilities, access roads, and landscaping. At the first stage, an industrial building, customs premises, the main entrance, a security building, a test track, an open container site (72 thousand sq. m), infrastructure facilities and access roads were built. The second stage included the construction of an assembly shop (52,600 sq. m), a painting shop (20,550 sq. m), a body shop (33,700 sq. m), as well as office premises, a conveyor overpass and service buildings. At 239 thousand sq. m there are asphalt sites, a container site and a green area.

Located in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, this extensive plant features three large steel construction hangars along with their auxiliary buildings, administrative and social facilities, production zones, technical areas, and a full suite of infrastructure components. The site also boasts a concrete floor space of 240,000 square meters and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped green area of 185,000 square meters. Rencons delivered this turnkey project from start to finish, handling all aspects including design, shop drawings, construction, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure, peripheral roads, and landscaping. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and efficient project completion.
