Aura Surgut is a shopping and entertainment centre project developed on 13 Ha land in Surgut city, Russia. The shopping centre has a total building area of 98.000 sqm and a GLA of 66.000sqm.

Aura Surgut offers a mix of retail and entertainment uses and comprises of 170 stores, with well-known Russian and international retailers such as O’Key hypermarket, Karo Film, Cosmik Entertainment Center, Mediamarkt, Mothercare, Uyuterra, H&M, Adidas and Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Bull & Bear,Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home and Stradivarius).
